


Physical activity is very important to our health,but I didn't do it for too long time during "term 3",because I had hurt my left foot and kept feeling ache for about 2weeks,during the other time,I played basketball almost from beginning to end,whatever how to say,basketball is my favourite sports.
Every Thursday,I would play basketball with my classmates during about7:00 a.m to 8:00 a.m,because we had PE class at Nan Shi Da every Thursday at that time,so we could arrive there early and played basketball or badminton for about 1 hour,sometimes we only have 4 or5 classmates played together,because sleepping is very important.we also play basketball during the noon during Monday and Friday,this is the beat time for us to play,expect we have homework at this time.Of course, I always went to some university's basketball courts to play basketball during every weekends.
My basketball way is not flat,although I have played basketball a long time,ubt I have never been a good attacker in my team,my teamates looked don't believe my shoot skill or dribble skill,I seldom get the chance to attack during the matches,almost all of my work is to defend,to pass the ball,to make the fauls,we called this kind of people"coolie".day by day,I have known something about my problems:the main reason is myself,I must believe myself,sometimes,I just know to pass the ball to others when I get the ball,I don't have enough brave to attack,I'm afraid of getting fail so that i will be abused by my teamates, I must change in the future.
Mike is my best friend, we always played basketball together, Erick,William,king,Avery ,almost al lof the boys in my class are all like playing basketball,so most time I just played with my classmates,I will also played with some university students when I played in the universitis such as Nan Shi Da.
Expext basketball, I also plated Pingpong and badminton during my free time,different with basketball,Ijust play these two kind of sports with my family members during weekends,because I'm really too weak in these two sports.
